My name is Joseph Merrell. I'm 18 with little experience with anything professional, looking to become a vocalist or lead singer for a band. I self practice with moderate screaming, low growls, and melodic singing. I take heavy inspiration from Slipknot and Korn. I'm more into something that's heavy metal but that takes on a more fresh approach to music. I currently reside in Springfield, I work about 4 days a week 4-5 hours. I would say a good way to get a band started is going to shows, connecting with people there and you might find people willing to join your band. |

Hey Everyone! Tilt Warning's drummer just moved out of state, and I'm looking for someone who'd be interested in coming on board. I figured I'd post on the Springfield Underground Center for Mitch's Movies before caving and printing a flyer or something. Right now it's just me (guitar/vox) and a buddy (bass), but we play punk songs. Started playing together just before the pandemic, so we haven't played live yet, but it also means that you can be as creative as you want when laying down some sick beats. We play originals, I've been providing the bones and letting everyone build on that. The only thing we'd ask from you is that you've got your own gear and you're chill. If you're interested, shoot me a DM. Ahahaha time is a flat circle. Hit me up. |
