As a record farmer, I finding some wacky sh***t in records sometime

Gotta make a thread for some of my findings.

Here is a report card for the 79'/80' school year in Yuma, Arizona looks like a guy named Marvin. Looks like some pretty lousy grades - a bunch of D's and a "B" in weight lifting.

I'll report back with more findings.

Okay I have a fun lil activity for the forum here...

See if any of you are up for this task... of trying to translate something. I found a small stack of hand written notes inside a Barry White record yesterday. Some of them are harder to read than others. Here is the front and back of one of them. Looks like the date on the top left is October 24th, 1977?

Looks like it starts off:

"You know lately when I get high I feel like wrighting, usually I don't feel like doing anything..."

YOU tell me what the rest of this says, Pinsters! Somebody type out this whole thing! And then if it's good enough I'll post some more of these!

You know lately when I get high I feel like writing. Usually I don’t feel like doing anything. I’ve been thinking a lot today. I spent most of my time trying to put 2 & 2 together. Figuring, contemplating, examining & researching. I have so many questions about so many different things. Doreen came home with a hicky the other day. My mother talked to her. Patricia hangs all over her boyfriend what the hell is this world coming to. I’m only 17 and all ready I feel a generation gap. I guess it’s the lord telling me that I am no a part of this greedy filthy world. I don’t need earthly human things my heart and soul should be in harmony with the holy spirit. In tune with the lord filled with the holy spirit. I guess I have a lot of lessons to learn in life. I wish it was all that easy to do. Writing it and doing it are two different things. I think every day at one time or another going through he same thing. Like the song goes and the song birds keep singing while they know the score . . . freedom is in the wings of a song bird floating through the sky in an endless flight.

I'm not positive that the word "score" is correct in that last bit.

I forget which record I found this in last week, but I found an interesting written out sheet music and lyrics to what look like a completely original song. I remember that the lyrics didn't appear to have anything to do with the record I found this in.

Can anybody put the two and two together and make a song out of this one?

Well here I am doing everything I can, holding onto what I am pretending I'm a superman. I'm trying to keep the ground on my feet, seems the world is falling down around me. The night's are long, I'm singing this song trying to make the answer's more a maybe. And I'm so confused about what to do, sometimes I want to throw it all away. So here I am, growing older all the time, looking older all the time, feeling younger in my mind. So here I am doing everything I can holding on to what I have pretending I'm a superman. I'm trying to sleep, I lost count of sheep. My mind is racing faster every minute. What could I do more, yeah, I'm really not sure. I don't want to run in circles but I can't quit. And I'm so confused, I've got a lot to do; sometimes I want to throw it all away. Controlling everything inside, feeling weak I don't feel right. Telling me I have to change, telling me to act my age. But if all that I can do is to sit and watch time go then I'll have to say goodbye and I'll be sure to watch time fly, to watch it fly. So here I am, growing older all the time, looking older all the time, feeling younger in my mind. Here I am, doing everything I can, holding on to what I am, pretending I'm a superman.

Well here I am again. I’m at my grandmother’s & tomorrow I’m going to Jo’s & Lin’s. I can’t wait to get there. I wish I didn’t look like shit, cause when I look like shit I feel like it. But I’ll try to hide (it?). You know I really shouldn’t let my self go. No matter how depressed I got. I’ve gotta lean how to take care of my health. You know it would probably make me feel better if I were taking care of myself. At least I’d be doing something. My would be preoccupied. Well I just heard its gonna rain tomorrow & Thursday. It figures every time I go to (port? pond? pork? Possible the name this person calls their grandmother or grandmother's town.) it rains. I wonder why. I should try to read more about the lord. I can’t stay this way for the rest of my life I gotta get myself together. Stop getting high as much. California, and Deb! Well

I think there might be another page or two of this one. I assume it is just as thrilling as these pages.

I am so mad that I left early today and I missed the mail and I got two letters from Deb and money from my father. I can’t wait to read Deb’s letter I know she’s doing really good. I didn’t tell you how happy I am for you! I love you so much, I feel like my boy friend joined the navy or something. I pray were together forever, us.

Some VERY interesting hand typed journal entries I found inside an old classical record.

Part of me is questioning if this is re-typed from a book or something? But I think it's real. There are a few spelling errors, or at least one "bgirls" when they meant to type "girls." I don't know if that makes it more real.
