Looks like the new Stern game is going to be based on the American tall tale of the purple guy who snaps all the people who hate him for doing it.
Will this be a major release of a new pinball machine?
Will this be a re-release of the previous Avengers game with new comic book art?
Is there anyone who would think this could be better than TMNT?

I haven't seen this movie. Are the X-men in it? I want to do a Multiple-Man Multi-ball (is Multiple Man in the X-Men movies? I haven't seen most of those either) Also odd that you didn't actually post the teaser Jeff. WELL EXCUUUUUSE ME I thought this was a serious pinball forum, sorry  So today's update from TWIPY (do I have to spell that out for you too???) says the new Stern pin will be called Avengers Infinity Quest, and will be based on the comics. It will be a full production game. Feels like there hasn't been enough time since TMNT was announced, but maybe they've been busy during the pandemic. I don't read comics but i can tell you the X-men do actually play a bigger part in this story than what was portrayed in the movies, and multiple man is in the x-men. it will be interesting to see if they actually include x-men on this or if they just use comic book art but basically follow the movie version of the story. This is extra interesting as there has already been an Avengers pin from Stern and it wasn't very good. I remember playing that one the year it came out at CP Pinball and being very confused. There may be a big reveal happening this week. Also rumor is Jersey Jack will be revealing their next game too this week. There is speculation whether it's going to be Guns n' Roses or Toy Story. The rumor is Guns n' Roses is done and they kind of teased it however they may not release it due to the political climate and go with Toy Story instead. Overall this will be an interesting week for pinball fan's |

Aren't there already like... five Advendgures pinballs??? No one asked for this one Gary Stern... okay realy I looked it up now and they made an Avengers in 2012, I think I even saw it at Silverball in Columbia and didn't play it because I didn't care.
Some cool loopdy-loo ramps going on all over the place and I like the little magnet elevator, but that gauntlet glove looks like a cheap cereal box toy!!!!
We are getting TURTLES!!!!

yeah I'm pretty underwhelmed by the new avengers, but it seems a lot of pinball nerds are excited about it, particularly for that one ramp that seems to just go straight up and loop around. It's the same designer as Stern Jurassic Park which seems to be the best pinball machine of 2019 and seems everything he touches is gold. I did like one comment "Thanos does the dishes".
I'm not seeing anything more about a possible Jersey Jack announcement, although it doesn't matter that much as Jersey jack pins are definitely outside of my price range and are typically a little tough for new pinballers to get into.
Still lookin like TMNT is the best new pin of the year so far, sure would be nice to get one someday.

Ok, here are the NEW PINBALL rumors I've heard so far. Since TWIP put new title rumors behind a paywall, I haven't really been scouring around to find out, as I'm usually just disappointed.
So here's what seem to be bouncing around on what might be coming next:
Stern - Mandalorian
Stern - Back to the Future
Stern - Harry Potter (I haven't heard this one in a bit tho)
JJP - Toy Story
Mandalorian has been the most recent rumor, and the teaser would be coming out May 4th, I suppose we'll see what happens. The last Star Wars pin suuuuucked, so I'm hopeful for a good design this time around. If they did it right, it may just make me change up my future arcade plans. Also I'm wondering how they would handle the whole Gina Carano controversy. Knowing pinball guys, she'll probably be featured front and center, except hopefully Disney won't approve it.

maybe it will be a star wars pin but instead it is bib fort tuna and you shoot in his mouth and his dangly-doos coming out of his head are the ramps for the balls
