back with one more movie dump for no one to read... and now I am pretty much caught up!1!

HELLBENDER (2021): By now I know (and maybe you know if you read these) that I do not at all care much for modern horror low-budget stuff, or really a lot of modern horror at all unless it's like part of a big franchsie like Halloween or Scream and then I'm just excited to be seeing a new one of those movies. (Ok, there have been a good handful of movies like Hereditary, the Lighthouse, Get Out, Us, etc. that have been great in recent years). But a lot of these Shudder exclusives or cheap horror films that go straight to Netflix or whatever mostly no thank you for me. This one might have been interesting in it's own way and had some good things going for it. Something about how it was a family that stars in it (the mother and daughter are related in real life?) (and the dad wrote it or something?) And I appreciate how short it was too. I enjoy a good short film that doesn't have too much dialogue so I can just sit on the couch and enjoy after dinner. But overall, this was not my thing. And a lot of the bad rock music thrown in at different points completely ruined it for me. You'd think I would think the mom and daughter playing in a bad together was good but no, I hated it. Not a bad movie but it gets a 3/10 from me.
TOP GUN (1986): There's a new TOP GUN movie coming out this year so why not! I was on board with a 80's action film and was ready to enjoy this! But you know what... there's really not anything special about it! Even the parts that were supposed to be action packed when they were flying in the air just seemed really boring to me! Not a lot of planes got shot down or blew up or anything exciting really! The best part about this movie was the song "Danger Zone" which I guess I didn't even fully realize was a song by Kenny Loggins made just for this soundtrack and it doesn't appear on any of his other albums. Damn, if Kenny had an album called "Danger Zone" with some actual cool 80's metal looking artwork instead of having it for this mediocre film, I bet that album would be a hot seller and Kenny wouldn't have landed himself in the dollar bin for forever. This movie gets a 4/10 for me and I would hope that the 2022 is going to be better.
THE BATMAN (2022): Here we go! My official review of The Bat Man! Lets see if I can find the spoiler button.... Is this part spoiler porotected?? Idk... OK, I love a batman movie. Loved the dark knight when it came out and I was 18 years old seeing it in the theater, of course that hit me so good then. I was ready for this. I love all of the depictions of Gotham as a dark city. I love big cities feeling so dark and scary like this. That's how downtown Springfield felt to me when I was young, or the idea of New York city in the 1980's. I love that it was dark and raining through most of this movie. I give all of that and the "vibes" of this movie a 10/10 alone. Loved robert patterson batman, also good job for them not trying to make this another Batman origin story - and they didn't even show him as Bruce Wayne very much. Mostly batman. Loved the penguin, all of the scenes with the penguin. New favorite batman villain even maybe. But man... I hated that Riddler. When they showed him I about did a spit take in the theater, looked at him for a minute trying to figure out who that guy was... and then after a minute I was like oh duh bro yeah that's the teen kid on Little Miss Sunshine. And he looks the EXACT same, 20 years later and he's still 19 years old!!! I can't take this 19 year old Little Miss Sunshine Kid as a batman villain seriously!!! The part when he was in jail and Batman was getting mad beating against the glass and he started singing "Ava Maria" ruined the whole movie for me, I hated that sh*t. Other than that I loved this movie and was even fine with it being 3 hours long. I'm back and forth between giving it a 9 or 10/10. I stuck with a 9/10, but only because I did not like that Riddler. I might change my mind and go back and give it a 10/10. MANIAC COP 3 (1992): This might have been the worst MANIAC COP movie in some ways (and reading about it on wiki seems like there was conflict with the writer and the people casting that left them with a one hour long movie which they had to add another 25 minutes filler to. I was in the mood for a nice and short film though after seeing the epic 3 hour long batman. This one had my attention the whole way through and I was impressed by all of the stunts especially when MANIAC COP was walking around on fire, or driving a cop car on fire and smashing into things (which went on for what seemed like a good 5 minutes). 6/10
THE BEAST WITH A MILLION EYES (1955): Any of these 50's sci-fi or horror films have the mission of trying to sell you what they are making by invoking as much of your imagination as possible without actually showing you images of their scary "beast" on the movie poster for the movie you just paid a quarter to go see in the drive-in theater, or whatever they did in the 50's. This was a completely random movie I picked but probably has been the worst example of a 1950's horror/sci-fi rip-off film I have seen so far. The thing on the poster is NOT at all in the movie, and at best we get a normal sounding man (who is supposed to be the beast) talking at the end with some flashes of clay eyeballs imposed over a desert setting, probably for a total of less than a minute at the end. It's a good thing these movies are short. I like the idea of 1950's sci-fi movies that take place in the desert still, but this still wasn't good. 2/10.

Here I am back with another movie dump.

LEPRECHAUN (1993): Okay there are EIGHT of these movies and who knows how many more to come, and that is completely unnecessary about a Leprechaun running around in a California desert, but I guess I love how dumb that is. It’s not particularly good and its not particularly funny or scary, but as Zack said, it’s got Jennifer Aniston in it and the guy from Pee Wee and all of this ridiculousness gets it a 6/10 for me and I guess enough for me to go down the rabbit hole of eventually watching all of these films (we’ll see what happens). It’s somewhere between a 5 and 6 out of ten for me. a 5.5/10 really.
HOUSE (1985): Also known as the OTHER “House” movie (and I guess there are 4 of these movies total), what was this some type of haunted house movie that didn’t know what direction it wanted to go in. It had wacky goopy 80’s slimy monsters briefly at times, but when they popped up they were pretty unexpected and didn’t really make sense with the movie. It was somewhat of a comedy, had a weird Vietnam war flash-back theme to it, and even song clips thrown in felt really weird and out of place. I guess this movie was somewhat up my alley and I am on board to watch the rest of them, but it’s definitely not the best of 80’s horror and missed the mark in a lot of ways. Also I don’t feel like the ending even made sense. It gets another 5.5/10 for me.
CLASS OF NUKE ‘EM HIGH (1986): Watched this one on VHS - and right up my alley with the 1986 radioactive and nuclear goop horror of course, but also a bit too heavy on the 80’s high school teen sex, boobs and p*nis grabbing to be really that much up my alley. I also hate to say it but I might have liked it a lot better if I wasn’t watching on a blurry fuzzy VHS. This makes like 4 nights in a row I’ve watched mediocre late 80’s early 90’s that is right up my alley but just falls a bit flat for me to love it. A lot of 3/5 star movies. And a lot of movies where I am also saying “I liked it enough to go and watch all 5 movies in the series now,” and that is the case for this one. I just won’t be going with VHS for the other 4. 6/10.
JOHN PEEL'S RECORD BOX (2005): Really just an hour-long TV documentary special, - John Peele is someone whose name and whose famous record collection I have always heard about, but I have never actually known who he is or what his deal is. How can someone's record collection get famous? This documentary did the trick on getting myself familiarized with John Peele - also really interesting because the focus is on his "record box" which was the one single box of essential 45's that John would grab if his house was on fire to save and outlive the rest of his collection. There was never a fire, but John passed away right before the release of this documentary so it's interesting to see these celebrities crowding around this box and examine these records after John is gone. I now know that John Peele is important because he was a radio DJ in the UK that was giving the freedom to bend boundaries and play more of what he wanted to more than the to 40 hits and always seemed to be ahead of the curve in finding what the next 'thing' or style of music was going to be, always seeking out the good and weird stuff. After watching this I also need to check out more of the band THE UNDERTONES I guess. 8/10 for me.
DEVIL DOLL (1964): Creepy doll movie from 1964 that is black and white and was featured on Cathode Cinema one night, so I watched it. Not that great other than that! A good short movie I guess, but 5 or 6 days after I watched it I pretty much forget all of what happened. Oh yeah something about how the puppeteer was able to kill people and put their souls into puppets. But he only really did it with this one puppet. He did it with another lady but they didn't really even show that puppet. 3/10 stars.

Okay here i am back with another movie dump:

DEMONS (1985): Mitch Baker movie club polled a fast one on me by shutting down any movie I was trying to pick the last meet-up. I've never actually gotten to pick a movie for movie club. This is fine, because I will be happy watching anything. I which movie club was better at planning things though, so I can prepare myself for what movie we will be watching. I was forced to turn off my pick of "popcorn (1991)" when we started watching it on youtube and turn on this classic - DEMONS from 1985. I got nothing bad to say about Demons - it is a classic! Really the best Italian made American horror film I have ever seen! And it's a good feeling when you realize you are watching a movie where you have seen clips of it other places and always wondered what that movie was! Btw, really this is a zombie movie. And it's extremely 80's leather jacket punk rock too. The "zombies" are just "demons" which I guess I like better than zombies. In the end i give this a 9/10, and yeah I'll watch Demons 2.
EVIL BONG (2006): ROLF. TUBI got me going down a deep deep rabbit hole of what god awful and stupid horror movies have been coming out through the history of time. I think Full Moon productions is still kicking in some form or another and responsible for like... 8 whole EVIL BONG films that have came out (one includes evil bong vs. gingerdead man or some dumb a$%& sh%&t like that)... my mind is blown by the fact that so many of these movies exist. There's no way they can be good at all. I have to watch some of these. Okay, I watched the first EVIL BONG (2006). I got to say one embarassing thing completely unrelated to this movie - when I watched "Color Out Of Space" I did not realize that was Tommy Chong. Man am I an idiot. Okay, now that I know who Tommy Chong is and what he looks like now and in 2006, I watched Evil Bong. This movie was everything I expected it to be. The most low budget and bad cr*p you could imagine. The bong just had a face that didn't move when it talked. I didn't even really laugh at all. but I'll still watch more of these because I'm an idiot. this gets 2/10 stars - not the lowest score because it definitely met my expectations!!
AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON (2015): Part of me wants to say I think this movie was better than the first Avengers movie, but here I am one week after watching this and I don't even remember what happened in this vs. the first Avengers movie. I don't remember who the bad guy or guys were in the first Avengers movie. In this one it was a A.I. robot that Iron Man created and then it created an army of robots or something. They seemed to beat it pretty easily in the end, and it was over a 2.5 hour movie. We get introductions to some new characters I guess. I don't even know why I am still watching these movies really. All the CGI / flying around / robot parts are too much. The bad guy villain isn't great. I like watching the Hulk when he turns into the Hulk and I like when Samuel Jackson shows up with the eye patch as their boss. I gave this a 4/10.
FRESH (2022): Yeah, I watched this hot and trending hulu exclusive horror / thriller the other night. Don’t you love a movie that you can’t know exactly what it’s going to be about going in, and then it takes you on a wild ride with exciting twists and turns? This was that movie, except with its movie poster of a severed hand in shrinkwrap as if it’s going to be sold at a supermarket and the quick 2 sentence synopsis of “Noa is frustrated with dating apps and takes a chance on a guy she met in the produce section”, and the fact it’s listed as a horror film - you can pretty much guess that this guy that Noa is “taking a chance” on is going to be hiding a big secret, and severed body parts and cannibalism is going to be involved. Well, you’d be right in thinking that and after 30 minutes in we finally got to the opening credits and the movie was going on down that path. A lot of it is predictable in that same way, but I thought it was still great and was along for this ride, this is the type of modern horror I love. One other criticism I have is that I felt like it was riding the coattails and using the same formula as “get out” where a happy young adult is in love and having a great time but then things go awry and realizes they are abducted and “oh sh*t they are going to use my body for ___” and there’s a bigger more twisted operation going on and they gotta escape, and a friend working behind the scenes notices what’s up and comes to the rescue, the end. I still give this movie a 9/10… maybe a 10/10 if I sit on it longer. Wow I gotta say all of the movies I have seen that have came out this year so far have been 9’s and 10’s!
LEPRECHAUN 2 (1995): It was St. Patricks day, and I was in the mood for another one of these dumb movies after watching “Fresh”. It’s Leprechaun 2 - so this time the leprechaun is in the big city! I don’t like leprechaun as a character - he’s annoying, and not funny, and also not scary. The first one of these movies we got young Jennifer Anniston. This movie kicks off and we see Clint Howard and Lucy from Twin Peaks as a husband and wife tourist duo. I jumped up in my chair and shouted “yes!” at this! I was so excited for them to be main characters and knew this would be my favorite Leprechaun movie. Sadly, that dream team did not stick around for very long… (I don’t think they ever got to even meet the leprechaun either…). Instead we got the sleezy greasy uncle old man and 17 year old kids whose acting careers went no where after this. Leprechaun 2 also works as a standalone film, you in no way need to watch the first Leprechaun for Leprechaun 2 (we’ll see how the other movies are), and there are really no refrences to the first movie. Overall I got exactly what I wanted to out of this, a good stupid short 90’s horror film. 5/10 stars.

I finally saw Tilt last night while I was working on CDs for the store for the first time in ages. Boy I don't see too many late 70s B movies and that sure was something. I don't really approve of the lifestyles of the kids depicted in the movie but it was nice to see all the late 70s pins and arcades. It was especially interesting as I've been spending a lot of time lately working on that era of pin, and Space Mission was one of the pins featured prominently, which is one pin I know about for sure. There were 2 pinballs with cabinets that said "Koala" in the movie which were obviously not real pinball machines. I noticed they had electronic scoring but still used chimes for sounds, which is actually something that started happening in pinball games around that era, so they weren't completely off base there. However I did some searching to see if I could find out anymore about those fake games, and it actually turns out those were prototypes. There is a nice writeup someone did on an Internet 1.0 site here: www.pingeek.com/film/tilt/tilt.htmPlus you can actually see pictures of the machine from the big scene at the end on the pinball database, it's fully working and is in someone's private collection: www.ipdb.org/search.pl?any=cosmic+venus&sortby=name&search=Search+Database&searchtype=quick#5711 Of course a pin featuring such an underdressed lady would never be allowed in my arcade. Also it's interesting there were pins from this era, well probably a couple years later, featuring strategies around hitting drop targets in the right order to get big points. That couldn't really be done until things became driven by mpu boards. I really liked the Whale character when he starts dancing around. I was not expecting that. This is what I'll be in another 10 years. I'll just sit in a lifeguard chair in my arcade and watch tv all day, yelling at the kids working the store.

Okay I guess I better keep doing this before I get really behind again.
TRUE GRIT (1969): Look at this 1960's classic western that I haven't seen. Decided to watch it since I had the soundtrack going through a pile of records. I am sure that I would like the modern Cohen Brothers version better, but you know what, this wasn't bad at all! A story I was actually interested in following along for. And going along with the "Bonnie & Clyde," "Paper Moon" and whatever other of these movies there are theme were there is a kid or girl that pairs up with the unlikely big bad nasty outlaw man and they create a pair to embark on some exciting adventures together, The End. 7/10. MANK (2020): Looking at the reviews before watching this one I knew it was going to be a long and boring film, and I haven't even seen Citizen Kane before so I don't know why I watched this really. I guess I am into modern movies that do a good job of pulling off creating a setting in a different time period, and heck after playing CUPHEAD game a little bit recently maybe I am also into the 1930's. I have seen some Orison Wells films myself (they used to have some in the $1 bin at DEALS in town when I got one of those movie-watching little laptops that cost $200 as a present during high school at one point). Yes, this film was long and boring as I expected it to be. I didn't care about Mank that much to be too engaged. I might have fallen asleep towards the end. And Gary Oldman certainly is a mis-cast in this, he absolutely does not look like a man in his early 40's that is potentially at the early stages of his career, he comes off as an out of shape washed up old man (which might have been how it is supposed to come off as?). 4/10.
THEM (2006): A very short and simple European horror that I caught on Shudder. This is definitely an interesting film because of it's simplicity. I remember there not being hardly any dialogue, and it's interesting how the ending climactic scene of home intruders pretty much starts 20 minutes in and just takes up the whole entire film. I guess the twist at the end is that the intruders are really just a group of kids, I'll admit I started this one way too late and was dozing off and wasn't sure if I missed something I was supposed to pick up on the plot, but at the end I was just like "huh? It was kids the whole time?" I gave it a 3/10. SAFETY LAST! (1923): Boy it's been a long time since I watched a silent film from as far back as this era. There was one point growing up when my grandparents had us watching Buster Keaton films like "The General". They were fun, and stuck out in my memory as being favorites of mine. Turns out watching now, these movies are still fun and can be funny as ever! The acting in it takes different kind of talent than what we are used to in the modern cinema! Everything is pretty fast paced, expressions and movements are all exaggerated. The stunts are probably all real and dangerous as ever, or at the very least they probably had to get really creative with camera angles especially with the guy climbing the tall building scene (as shown in the picture). 8/10. THE ALCHEMIST (1983): 80's horror that is a complete rip-off in terms of the poster not living up to expectations at all!! I suppose it wasn't the worst thing I have ever seen, it was short and 1980's afterall so it didn't completely ruin my night. But overall it was really dark, and as a lot of the negative reviews on this movie put, the first half of it is just a guy running around and yelling a woman's name who is someone that he had just met ten seconds earlier and just didn't make much sense. I gave it a 1/10 because it's the worst I have seen in a while... probably deserves a 2/10 though.

Wow! I've watched two whole movies this week!
Everything Everywhere All At Once - The second I heard that Kung Fu was back in the theaters I raced to the movies and got myself a seat. There were a lot of cars there but I think everyone was there to see the Batman.
I like the premise of the movie, and the first half of the movie or so is great. But there wasn't enough Kung fu! The last hour of the movie was too feel good and not enough kung fu. Don't get me wrong, it's still good and will probably win an award. But like most movies I thought they could have cut an hour off it. I think the supporting actor might play my favorite role all year.
Do I have to rate it? I rate it a Good! Needs more kung fu.
Tony Hawks Until the Wheels Fall Off - Is it weird that I watched this only because I heard Rodney Mullen had a talking head? Rodney was always my favorite in the games. Rodney -> Lasek -> Steve. Those were my three favorites. But Tony is good too. The movie seems forced at times. I love cringe comedy but even I felt very awkward with the scenes of him forcing an interaction with his mom at the very start. The good news is that's probably the worst part of the whole movie.
In what world does HBO give Super Dave only an hour but Tony Hawk two? And is Stacy Peralta only doing documentaries now? I felt like HBO really coached him to say those soundbites that move the plot along and get put in the trailer.
The movie spends a lot of time watching Tony bail. They explain why, and it's a good reason. But, I've seen a lot of the footage before? They show every clip and bail, some multiple times from a different angle, from his first public 900 and from the "last 900" he put on his Twitter about a year ago. They also showed the horizontal loop he did, again with a lot of bails. I get that the joy of watching a kid skate is watching him finally get it after eating it a thousand times. It's just that I had seen a lot of it and was finding myself getting bored. I would have much rather had a two hour HBO documentary where Rodney Mullen goes to the park and eats vegan tacos after. I'd rate this movie as pretty chill. I am going to make a skate video thread on the forum though. If you have 2 hours to kill you'd have at least as much fun watching those.

Aw heck, I didn't know you wanted to see that E.E.A.A.O. movie I would have invited you and Caroline (if Mitch Baker hadn't) the other night! some jabaroni you are invited to all of the future Mitch Baker movie outings, I will try to give you a heads up. Shoot I should see that Tony Hawk doc. Okay, before I get really behind (I already am really behind on my movie dumps)... (but also I haven't been watching movies as much around Record Store Day because I am too busy)
ROCKETMAN (2019): Slightly worse than Bohemian Rhapsody, and even though I was paying close attention the whole time, I felt like I came out of it learning very little about Elton John - and I also question the accuracy of everything. Like oh yeah I’m sure when Elton John was 4 years old he dreamt of performing the song “Rocketman” to an orchestra or when he was 12 years old he was playing “Saturday Night” at a bar on the piano even though it didn’t actually come out until 1973 when he was 26. They made this movie to help them sell millions of Elton John greatest hits vinyls at Walmarts and Barnes & Nobles to be played on Crosley record players all over the country. And I feel like after watching this they could pick any big band or artist and plug in the same formula they did for this and the Queen movie where it just shows their rise to stardom while experiencing their own personal struggles and theatrical versions of their hit songs play in the background. 5/10. AQUAMAN (2018): Okay, way too long of a movie. I tried watching this one night and at one point I thought I was nearing the end of the movie and I looked and I was only 1 hour and 9 minutes in and I had like 1 hour 20 minutes left! I did a spit-take and turned it off and went to bed and finished it the next night. It almost worked better as two movies that way. The other thing I got to say about this is those “bass drops” that are thrown in so much throughout? This movie seems like it’s probably the peak of those being a trend in movies, and I feel like they are effective in making things seem “big” when you’re sitting in an imax movie theater or something. My prediction is that in 20 years if we watch movies from this era at home they are going to seem like the dumbest thing ever, and they already seem dumb to me. Overall this was another very average modern superhero movie and I’m going to give it a very generous score of 6/10.
TRUTH OR DARE? (1986): Some wacky homemade movie I buddy watched with America's Groove record store. It was great for what it was. Kinda like how great WINTERBEAST was, except Truth Or Dare was in a realm of it's own, and I remember ended up as a completely different movie than what it started out as. 4/10 (good as far as this type of thing goes) GOODFELLAS (1990): Movie club, I gotta say, early early on in the pandemic… like we are talking maybe the first movie I watched after the initial shutdown was “The Irishmen” (I think it was pretty new at the time), and that was a big intro to these 3 hour long mafia / crime movies for me and I absolutely loved it. I started it at like midnight thinking that I wouldn’t even finish it, but I stayed up until 3am and it kept my attention the entire time, I was wide awake. I don’t know if Scorsese has a special touch on those movies that does it for me - I really like how it’s presented with main characters narrating for the majority of the first part of the movie (kind of like Forrest Gump or something) - I feel like it gives me something that I felt the first couple of Godfather movies were lacking (maybe that comparison is unfair, sorry). But I felt the narration helped me pay attention the first part of the movie, and then honestly what really kicked it into high gear 10/10 movie for me in the second half was the soundtrack pulling out hit after unexpected hit!! “Gimme Shelter” is my favorite Rolling Stones song probably, but then that bass line for Harry Nilsson’s “Into The Fire” kicks in and I’m like ohhhh you know what I like. The intro to Cream “Sunshine of your Love” of course is good, and damn this movie made me realize George Harrison’s “What Is Life” is one of the greatest songs ever written. Sorry for gushing over the soundtrack so much. The movie was good, I knew all of the characters would experience their downfall in the end as they got older. 10/10.
TWISTER (1996): This was a good buddy watch with BuffAaron420 (forum user). I had a whole little caesar's hot n' ready pizza ready to go for this and I felt like I was in 1996. The movie itself felt like some sort of cross between JAWS and JURASSIC PARK. Instead of dinosaurs or sharks, it was tornados, and they probably did the best job they could in making TORNADOS seem like dinosaurs or sharks, even though a lot of the time it felt they were trying really hard to. It's good they only made one of these movies. 7/10.

I watched another movie!
Sorry to Bother You : This movie is a common answer at the trivia night I frequent and I finally sat down and watched it. Great movie! It has the feeling of a cult classic. I'm not sure how they made it feel that way, but it's a vibe. Going in, I only knew David Cross was involved, but I saw a lot of familiar faces, like Donny Glover from Lethal Weapon and the guy in the I Think You Should Leave sketch who doesn't like the gift. The movie did throw me a few twists I wasn't expecting, like when it turns out that's Armie Hammers real voice and not a dub. Weird movie, I liked it.

Boots Riley is a cult legend. Legend to the people. Same Boots from The Coup.

IT'S MOVIE TIME!!!
Dr Strange and the Multiball of Madness : Caroline wanted to see this movie so we went. As far as Marvel Movies go, I thought this one was pretty focused and didnt jump around between too many characters or storylines. I would say Wandavision is required viewing before this though. I think the special effects are always cool in marvel movies and these were cool too. Bruce Campbell, who I've seen at the Avon in Decatur before, made an appearance which made me happy. Another appearance was made too that was the first time I felt like a real fan boy in the crowd, but I won't spoil it. All in all, it was good, not great.

wow Im only at twister? i have a long way to go before I get caught up.. .. first of all I want to say a very happy birthday to forum user @tirehause aka MOVIE MIKE! hope you have taken the day off to try to watch 38 movies so you can be caught up to me in movies watched for the year 2022
SABOTAGE (1996): I picked some random action movie on Tubi and now I remember like nothing about it. it was about a bad guy sniper and the CIA or FBI or secret service had to stop him or something, and it wasn't that good, but it was short. 4/10. CALENDAR GIRL MURDERS (1984) Okay I watched this one because it was one of 3 VHS tapes we had in the basement and I was watching while my youtube video was uploading last night (I couldn't watch anything that was going to require internet), and it was very fuzzy VHS quality but I also definitely fell asleep half way through and I'm really sorry, really I shouldn't even be marking this as watched because I probably missed most of the movie. (3/10) CAPTAIN AMERICAN CIVIL WAR (2016): After "age of ultron" or whatever the heck movie that came out right before this I was pretty burnt out on all of these Marvel superhero team up movies (who isn't right?? ), but man, this one was a lot better than I expected it to be! It felt different enough, and I also loved it as an introduction to new characters to the team like spider-man and ant man (like wow really this was our first seeing spider man in the marvel universe? I did not know that is how it happened before now!) I gave it a 7/10PETS (1973): Yeesh it is hard going back in my memory this far to remember what I think of movies this one was streaming on Cathode Cinnema. a horror I guess? a guy that kept a whole zoo of animals in his basement and then he wanted to keep a cage of human women as well? (yeah that's pretty messed up, guy). 5/10.DON'T GO IN THE HOUSE (1979): A movie that I watched with forum user buffaaron420 (a special forum meetup??). I think we just picked it because it was already late, (we had been playing kirby or something) so I had to pick a 85 minute long movie from my list and this was it. Thought it was 80's horror, but this was actually '79! it wasn't particuarly great but I do remember there being at least one mummy character that was scary? or some decomposing woman in a rocking chair that was talking? buffaaron am I remembering this one correctly? I don't know. 4/10
