Creating the OFFICIAL THREAD for ROY CLARK - THE ENTERTAINER - 1977 COCKTAIL PINBALL.
an oddball pinball manufactured by "Fascination Int., Inc"
This is the laziest game we have ever had in our arcade! It's the only pinball you HAVE to play sitting down, and the only pinball I won't make fun of you for sitting! The ball moves nice and slow, and it's old! 1977! That's the oldest pinball we have ever had in our arcade!
I'll go ahead and break the ice with my first high score of: 65,450! - That's last on pinside right now but it's also #9! There are only three other people that have put their scores down! Aside from our arcade there are only 5 public locations known in the world where you can play this game!
current high score holder on: FOO FIGHTERS, Mousin' Around, Judge Dredd

oh boy Roy Clark really bit it last weekend. Looked like a switch got stuck in one of the slingshot bumpers which then caused the coil to continuously fire which then melted it down and the plastic bracket assembly around it. Good thing Brian actually got out of his chair and unplugged it when he did!
I thought it would be simple enough to just unhook the coil so it would be disabled and everything else would be fine but now half the targets and switches are not scoring and everything is delayed. It's really messed up!
There isn't a lot of info out there to help me fix this so we'll see if it can be either fixed or will be an expensive coffee table.
If I do get this working, then I think it would be best to get this out of the arcade soon. With all the plastic parts, some of which don't have replacements available, it's probably not a good idea to have this out for public use.
